Monitor Removal

1. Turn off and unplug the game.

2. Unlock and remove the rear door of the game.

3. Loosen the 2 screws on the underside of the front control panel, then unlock and open the panel.

4. Follow the VGA monitor cable from the monitor to the electronics box under the control panel.

Disconnect the cable and close the control panel.  

NOTE:  It is not necessary to open the

electronics box.

5. Inside the rear door section, remove the 2 screws securing the wireless module bracket to the

interior side wall of the game.  Set the bracket and wireless module aside.  See Figure 1.

6. Disconnect the wire connections to the 2 inverters on the interior side wall.  Also remove the OSD

board from the Velcro on the same wall.  See Figure 1.

7. Disconnect the 2 speaker wire connectors located near the top of the cabinet.  See Figure 1.

8. Disconnect the monitor AC connector from the back of the game.  See Figure 1.

9. Use a screwdriver to pry off the T-molding or plugs that appear along the side panels of the game,

revealing 6 screws per side.  Remove the screws, then remove the side panels.  

NOTE:  The side

panels, which are located adjacent to the front control panel, will feature either 2 strips of
T-molding or 6 plugs per side.

10. Remove the 6 screws under each side panel.

11. Loosen, but do not remove, the 2 screws on the horizontal monitor brace.  See Figure 1.

12. With assistance, carefully remove the top section of the game’s cabinet.

13. Remove the 3 screws securing the monitor to the front of the game.

14. Carefully remove the monitor from the bottom section of the cabinet.

Monitor Installation

1. Properly position the new monitor into the bottom section of the cabinet.

2. Secure the monitor in place with the 3 existing screws from the front of the game.

3. With assistance, carefully place the top section of the cabinet over the monitor and onto the game.

4. Secure the top section of the cabinet in place using 6 screws per side of the game.  See Figure 1.

5. Tighten the 2 screws on the horizontal monitor brace to support the monitor in place.  See Figure

1.

6. Connect and secure the VGA monitor cable to the motherboard via the connector side of the

electronics box under the control panel.  

NOTE:  It is not necessary to open the electronics

box.

7. Close and lock the control panel.  Tighten the screws on the underside of the panel.

8. Connect the monitor AC connector in the rear door section.  See Figure 1.

9. Reconnect the wire connections to the 2 inverters attached to the side wall.  Also reattach the

OSD board to the Velcro.  See Figure 1.

10. Secure the wireless module bracket and wireless module to the side wall using the 2 existing

screws.  See Figure 1.

11. Reconnect the 2 speaker wire connectors located near the top of the monitor.  See Figure 1.

12. Restore the 2 side panels to the outer walls of the game, then secure in place with 6 screws per

side.

13. Restore the T-molding or plugs to the side panels.

14. Restore and lock the rear door of the game.

15. Plug in and turn on the game.
